[Bug]: Rivers are never generated the same way when loading a map #165

What happened?

When you create a river and save your map, it will be generated differently EACH TIME you load that map.

The two screenshots are from the view you see when loading that map, nothing has been changed in between. A simple closing and reopening of the map. I tried with saving in between, that doesn't change anything.

Disabled in 0.3.0 The water body system will be rework completely
