[Bug]: curseur invisible #188

What happened?

Dans le storyteller, puis dans option meteo, le curseur "time speed" est invisible mais fonctionnel.

Faire défiler plus ou moins rapidement le temps de la météo.

Fixed in 0.3.0 Advanced weather will be available with the new UI in the next release
