Sometimes, you can't turn on/turn off Natural Brush button
You have to select another menu like edition, geology, go back to Biome and the you are able to turn it on or off.

Not sure how to replicate it exactly.
What i have seen so far : Open the Sandcastle menu
Select Biome
Try to turn on Natural Brush
I can't select it.
I select another menu (edition, geology) and goes back to Biome, i see the Natural Brush has been turn on. I can now turn it on and off.
