Updating my BIOS, Windows detected hardware changes and when I loaded Menyr, the saved email username had gone and I was asked for consent again to upload data information. Unfortunately, no matter what I click, either with mouse or tabbing to the field of yes or no, I cannot progress and load the game.

Unfortunately, no matter what I click, either with mouse or tabbing to the field of yes or no, I cannot progress and load the game.
