Let a player take control of a token and change to another token and he will fall and break through the map.

How did it happen?
Not sure how to replicate it but here how it's happen ;
My player was controlling a token i have selected.
Then i let him choose and drag and drop another token and control it.
Once he took control, he goes through the map.
Even teleport him next to me didnt fix the behavior as the player appears next to me and fall again.
