Solution: GET RID OF NEXUS 4 !

It seems like it would be related to this SO question. The solution from this question was tried without success.

We should convert the video with:

ffmpeg -i yourfile.mp4 -c:v libx264 -profile:v baseline -level 1 yourfile_BaselineProfile.mp4
