Support for additional spectrometers #64

USB2000+ is no longer supported by Ocean Optics. The HW working group will determine which spectrometer will replace it. This new spectrometer will need to be supported. Potentially there will be a desire to support others also. If it is Ocean Optics then there is probably nothing to do (double check). If we go with an Avantis spectrometer we need to support their driver.

I think what is meant here is that the S2000 is no longer supported by Ocean Optics. The USB2000+ is still being sold as far as I know. However, the FLAME seems like a better alternative, as it appears to have a much better temperature stability...
