Add solar spectrum to real time analysis to improve fit #65

Add option in Evaluate dialog to include Solar spectrum to use in shift correction in real-time. Use the solar spectrum to do the shift.

This would be really great. We currently have an issue with this in Hawaii, where we are now faced with trying to measure very low emissions. Since mobleDOAS currently does not have this shift correction, we are getting significant baseline drifts which makes it difficult to evaluate low emissions.
