"Translate" module simply doesn't work #6

Hey, I love this bot, I really miss it when it's down on SDIRC.

That being said you said you would like it if people reported defects on here. So here's a defect: the "Translate" module simply doesn't work at all in my experience.

Usage: help [] [] [<-flag>]. Use ;plugins to get a list of installed plugins. Use help --info to get general plugin information. help Translator I'd love to help you, but couldn't find that command (Translator) in any plugin.

Sorry, it has been a long time and I'm catching back up here. Google killed the free translation API. It used to work brilliantly but about 3 years ago Alphabet went around killing off all the great free APIs. Weather, Maps, Translate, etc. all gone behind the paywall. If anyone knows a free source for the translations, I'd be happy to rework the bot modules.
