add bids toggle

• add button, dropdown, or other toggle to change href url anchor (#show=reproin vs #show=BIDS)
• follow/check anchor of url (#show=BIDS)
• change from scanner exam card image to bids file hierarchy

Want what is now the Siemens cockpit image to instead be a bids folder tree like (taken from https://bids.neuroimaging.io/). Where folder 📁 name and text after 🗎 sub-01 change based on the options selected.

• add new css element mirroring div.scanner (e.g. div.filetree or div.BIDS)
• refactor datatype_update_suffix, suffix_updated, and name_update() to disbatch to specific reproin (current) and bids (todo) versions of those functions based on anchor in e.g. https://....#show=BIDS
• or populate both reproin and new BIDS name in the existing functions, but hide/show div.scanner or div.filetree based on page setting (anchor tag? global variable toggled with button?)
