[Bug] Cannot Press Scenario Editor #1699

In the main menu the scenario button does not work, and when I download scenarios Online they don't turn up on Offline Saves

@Lumtar could you be a little more specific? I'm not sure what do you mean. Could you add some screenshots showing your problem?

The ones which is supposed to be downloaded are missing from offline. Then I press the button to the Scenario Editor, but the button does not react.
