Hello, I am attempting my first translation into Portuguese_BR. on valkyrie, i decided to start with "Stress And STrain", because its one of the best rated scenarios on BGG

Hi @andrex47 I think it's safe to work on the translation, since we've heard nothing from @nzocrato in over 3 months

i was just offering some help to get it done faster, if i will begin from scratch with another translation i would rather select a scenario that doesn't require the tile collections, those are not reprinted here in Brazil since 2016 i guess

right now there is none working on this translation, nzocrato is long time gone and i'm working on the translation of another scenario, or at least should be. university is killing me hahaha

vou ver se eu encontro tempo pra testar se deu certo a tradução hoje a noite. também vou traduzir os jpgs. eu entendo de photoshop.

Fiz um teste no scenário "a glimpse of the past" traduzido, grande parte está funcionando corretamente, mas tem umas linhas que ficam quebradas ao passar da planilha para o Txt. vou ter que concertar... Traduzi também as fotos, mas não sei como fazer pra adicionar ao jogo.

I did a test in the "glimpse of the past" scenario, much of it is working correctly, but there are some lines that get broken as you move from the worksheet to the Txt. I'll have fix it ... Also translate the photos, but do not know how to add to the game.

There is a section in the guide about adding translated images.

The scenario author will have to add the folder and images.

ok,Obrigado! Vou primeiro acertar toda a tradução, quando estiver perfeito, vou entrar em contato com o criador do cenário para atualizar todo o conteúdo de uma vez.

Hi - without almost an year of updates we could assume that best way to resume this would by starting over.

My first question would be - how do I contact the scenario owner (first step of the translate tutorial)?

Hi! I can provide a copy of the English and Portuguese for comparison in a spreadsheet.

I guess we can then match the event names to each text to work out what needs translating.

Hey @scrubbless I'm putting together the files in Google Docs, just like the Documentation describes in the advanced option, that wouldn't be needed.

I just noticed that you are the scenario owner haha

Regarding "Stress and Strain" specifically I would say that the images that will need localization is where I'll definitely need help (same for A Strain on Reality) - If I provide the text for them would you be able to adapt the images?

Do you have a better suggestion?

The scenario has a Portuguese translation, will this be an update to that one?
