Want to add a test library. Will have to add some test data - use M1 or FS data, try not to add anything too bulky..

Use pytest
Test the entire processing chain.
Don't worry too much about formality for now - want to get something up and running.

Added test library with a basic but full functional test.

Should work on unit testing and other functional tests eventually, but this works well for now as a check that new changes haven't broken anything.
