Release v0.5 #32

Want to do a proper release once the basic mooring functionality is up and running and things have been tested and shaken around a bit to ensure robustness.

Want to put version 0.1 on pypi/conda.
Needs at least a working minimum of documentation (use readthedocs, see kobbe).
- Include reasonable example notebooks.
Should have a somewhat expanded test suite.
Issues should largely be resolved.

Should do version 0.5.0.

The list above is pretty good, documentation is still key.!
