Create plot for inspecting the data #20

Step 4a of the mockup dashboard:

We will plot the number of BGCs in function of the number of GCFs. So, given a number of BGCs, how many GCFs have that number of BGCs. It would be nice to also visualize the GCFs' ids of interest when the cursor is on a certain # BGCs' bar.
