Add user tutorials #231

Very nice tutorials and docs! They will be super useful for the users.

One remark: the current PyPI installation didn't work for me. The nplinker package was installed but then when I try to import it within the env I get "No module named nplinker" error. I think that since you still need to release version 2.0 this is not an issue, but just in case I wanted to report it.

After merging the current PRs, I'm going to make a release.
