It may be easier to solder to the milled board if it is treated with a thin coat of plumbers tin BEFORE it is milled. We tried this step after milling and it created a conductive path across isolation cuts.
The first time I did this on 11/11 the heating process warped the board. I may try it again, but for now I think we are going to be ok without it.
