Affecting bones - server admin should be able to turn off affecting bones through setting
Virulence - server admin can turn on a virulence dampener. If on, monsters with less HP have less chance of using their ability; monsters with high HP are more likely to always use their ability. Useful on multiplayer servers, and servers with towns where frost biomes may otherwise extend rapidly, or stone eaters might make ore deposits under towns much too easy, whilst not affecting boss monsters.
