do not affect protected areas #14

Phoenix was destroying protected area.

This should fix for all mobs arrows

Again you have modified a file that is not used anymore;) I should really get rid of all of them;) Any way I tried but I can't reproduce the problem and in fact in the definition of the arrow I have included all the protection checks. The correct file is "darts.lua"

hehe - I was expecting this branch was tracking current efforts..... seems you have an even further set of dev branches I do not see :-P

I will just file bugs then rather than pushing changes
