Manticore projectiles #23

This might be a feature but the Manticore projectiles are not stopped by walls or other land features. thought i was being killed by an invisible mob in my base.

minetest 5.0.1 nssm pulled today from master

We haven't seen any activity here in years, I've been adding odds and ends and fixing various issues in my own space...
