Allow action columns to be colored like normal columns

Using the color jpath option. currently they are always white

You can already use the color jpath option, but it works only if you specifically set the background color of your action column to be transparent.

I'm changing the default action column color to be transparent (54333556e87e29481e9fc0502c311d560ff2b728). But I'm not writing a migration.
