Moving module switch to the top

When I try to move a module from the header in the view:

It jumps to the top (look at the middle module):

This only happens if at the beginning the 3 modules are on the same line

Can't reproduce... you can always right click and select "Move" if the header is not accessible.

You can still not reproduce ?
