Dynamic type #1075

There was a problem using typerenderer.addType('mynewtype', {toscreen}) Is that the types are not available to force the type in simple value and slick grid. To prevent this I changed the code so that we retrieves the available types from the renderer rather than the data/structure

this PR also includes changes to the spectra displayer
