Font awesome migration #1087

Apparently many icons have been renamed and it would make sense to have a view migration procedure because we will forget half of them !

fa-group -> fa-users
fa-refresh -> fa-sync
fa-file-image-o -> fa-file-image
the default export icon is not displayed (sign-out-alt ?)

I switched from the css + fonts version of font-awesome to the js with svg version. This allows to use a shim that automatically changes the no longer support icons to their new version.
