Symbol list in quill #1118

Search if it is possible to add an interface in quill to select a symbol from a list (for example micro symbol for microLiter)

could not find any plugin. Only found https://github.com/contentco/quill-emoji but seems the approach is quite different (image based ?)

On the mac you can load a window with symbols in any application: image
