SpectraDisplayer : full out action #901

Would be nice to have an ActionIN allowing to have fullout X, fullout Y or fullout both axis

do you prefer a different action for each case or a single action and its value decides the case ?

I didn't know what was the best in fact ... but I think a value 'x', 'y' or 'xy' would be perfect
