Any time a gist is called by Githubtools it should support the pulling of arbitrary args from local scope (using __dict__)

I'm reviving this concept but in a different form. Should be done like this:

• processor cards can define any number of args beyond gist_id and gist_file
• all of these will be passed in the input dictionary
