Loguniform distributions are not included in UQ report #4

This issue was identified when diagnosing #1 :

In the process of diagnosing this issue, the following related Uncertainty Plug-in issues were resolved and will be included with the next plug-in release.

  1. An issue was resolved that prevented Loguniform distributions from being included in the Uncertainty Report.
  2. An issue was resolved that caused the uncertainty report generator to fail to create a report document when none of the included jobs completed successfully.

This issue will be closed when the updated UQ plugin is released.
