Hello Bill, There is an issue with the SNAP import capabilities for the TRACE plug-in. The issue is encountered with a specific TRACE model for WWER-1000. You can see more details in a Video (to hear voice it should be used VLC Media Player or similar, the regular windows Players cannot produce sound (at least for my PC)) that can be downloaded from the link sent to your e-mail.

Best, Evgeni

Hi Evgeni,

On Monday Oct. 23 I asked if you could share the source MED file that represented this issue, so I can reproduce the problem. Is that something that you can share?

Hi Bill, @WDunsford Please, find attached the model. You can export the model and then import it back to see the issue. Best, Evgeni
