This repository was created to provide a public location to record and display the status of "issues" for the SNAP application. The SNAP developers will acknowledge, provide (and maybe request) feedback on the reported issues, and in general use the information to improve SNAP code.

Add support and documentation for Nextflow, NOMAD, and/or other cloud based job-stream tools. CAMP item #162 #78
Strictly speaking, this is not only a SNAP item but a CAMP support item in "General".
As discussed at the last couple of CAMP meetings, some users/organizations would like to use "standard" HPC job-queueing tools to better integrate SNAP into their already existing HPC and/or cloud environments.
I have mentioned that we are looking at supporting Nextflow and NOMAD type environments, but we are open to others as well. Possibly direct support of slurm or other popular cloud tools such as Kubernetes.
