The Energy Star Builder Option Packages include ceiling options that also specify the heel height R-value. For example, "R 42 (nominal) at heel". Brian has suggested a method for estimating the heel nominal R-value for a given attic overall nominal R-value and the attic heel height. The data for this should be available in the HOT2000 diagnostics file.
