Added advanced baseloads option. #130

This functions much like the old baseload option, but splits out the shower and other hot water loads. This was needed for the 2020 NBC modelling ruleset where shower and other hot water loads are split for modelling purposes. HOT2000 seems to do an adjustment based on climate zone, and therefore mains water temperature, to account for tempering of the shower flow to meet the shower setpoint. Tested and seems to be working. Further tests are needed to test the compatibility with the DWHR option.
