One thing is the Opt-H2K-SysType2. I am not sure for the cases without a Type 2 system "NA" is correct or "None"?

@please-wait Looking at the source code, if "NA" is selected, any existing type 2 systems in the h2k file will be left alone. If "None" is selected, all existing type 2 systems will be deleted. So I guess it really depends on what the user wants to change.

thanks @A-Wills for the explanation, that makes sense. I just ran a quick test with the options on my machine. Everything is working.
