Bugfix - Switched to using value of impact_units as axis label #40

Changelog:

Added PR Template for GitHub (Will work when merged into default branch)
Now using value of impact_units as plot label

Test coverage for this change:

[ ] I have added appropriate UI unit tests (ng component or cypress)

Additional Notes:

Included PR template for future work on this project, if there is any issues with this then I will remove the file.
