Surficial - Concatenated pflow types #120

Paleoflow types used to be concatenated so a user could create sets of pflows.

Discussed this morning with Surficial group

This has been removed so all pflows are a seperate records for the sake of having a clean datasets afterward. This was discussed and decided in 2016 when the new data model was introduced to replace Ganfeld.
