Database schema documentation #171

It could be a good addition to get all description of the database fields. We do have a class diagram, but we don't have the textual description of what is what. For some reasons we used to have it for the Bedrock project model and even internally with other models, but GSC Field app is lacking it. Mainly due to sqlite not having any comment field for field building.

Maybe we should revise more thoroughly our EA document and enhance it.
