Implement a quick reminder for user when taking samples, to actually think of getting a blank or a duplicate. This could be implement at each 15 samples.

Could be available in the settings as a toggle option. Turned on by default.

@JriceGSC, new duplicate reminder coming in next version, it's been implemented for each 15 samples like discussed.
