Upgrade - schema 1.5 to 1.7 #319

When trying to convert an old sqlite database to a geopackage the input database fails to get upgraded.

It seems to fails on bad constraint for unique IDs coming from F_MINERALIZATION_ALTERATION that have minerals that are then transfered to F_MINERAL between model 1.5 and 1.6.
