Field Notes - Scroll is too long with 1000s of stations #324

Following issue #323, if there is thousands of station in a given date, it's hard to pick one and add an earth material because of the scrolling. This won't happen on the field but for legacy data, it could be a good idea to have a fixed height scroll instead of an infinite expand box.
