Add system environment variable to control sparql entry point

right now, this value is located in configuration.xml, which force recompilation. should be a env variable to spin a docker component easily without recompilation

this is controlled in the nginx -> gsip. so the variable is really in docker-compose, which must be transfered to nginx configuration
