check connection between <granting> and CFS receipt of capital incentives #11

should it be or a more specific parameter, because we want to only account for capital grants in the CFS flow?

CFS receipt of capital incentives (view = Cash Flow Statement & Balance Sheet) does include the operating grant as well as the three capital grants

SIDE NOTE: the pilot granting, demo granting and commercial granting have been renamed to include the word "capital", so we avoid exactly this kind of confusion in the future.

FIX: remove the government operating grant amount from the CFS receipt of capital incentives flow and from the CFS net issuance of equity parameter --- replace granting with the sum of the three capital grant flows
