A "successful" bioproduct should mean both that bioproduct is being produced commercially and there's sufficient demand or an offtake agreement.

Right now we only require commercial production to be a success.

This could be a change to the in business parameter that pulls only from BS equity and BS equity threshold, or we could create a new parameter just to indicate success although that would likely be redundant

Closing for now - we can treat this as a change in how the model is used rather than making a change to the model itself
