Lauren's Version: DSS 8.0.4

I downloaded DSS 8.0.4 x64 and re-ran the BTD to compare the results. I found small numerical differences in some parameters and for some time steps. The most consistent (showing up across the majority of time steps) differences between results from the two model versions I found were in BS balance and BS imbalance, but these differences were on the order of 10^-10 for BS imbalance and up to 1000 for BS balance. The 8.0.4 version actually had BS balance under 10^-7 for most of the model run. My interpretation is that the 8.0.4 version resolves some of the rounding errors that the 7.3.5 version had.

Since differences between the two versions are unlikely to impact analysis results, let's leave everyone's software the way it is until the next license renewal and update everyone to the latest version at that time.

Brian's and my licenses are being renewed this month and we'll update to the latest version when that happens.
