label switch variables

Variables that are in fact switches are often better labeled as “X?” or “X switch” or “X indicator”. Example: “in business?” or “in business switch” or “in business indicator”

List of switch variables:

• [x] in business --> in business indicator
• [x] profitable --> profitability indicator
• [x] feedstock approval required --> feedstock approval required switch
• [x] pathway approval required --> pathway approval required switch
• [x] product approval required --> product approval required switch
• [x] commercial process yield --> commercial process yield input (not related to this issue, renamed to match the other input parameters on the Commercial Costs view)

I'm leaving the variables in the Development Stages view as-is, because they're not input variables/switches for model users to set.
