idealized internal expenses present value, Idealized Forecast view
internal capital recovery factor, Investor Decisions view
remaining investment, Investor Computations view

None of these variables are currently used in the model.

I marked them supplementary in 994e230, but we should delete for clarity if they're not going to be used or tracked.

These can be deleted. Unless @Lauren-Sittler would like to discuss, I can made the change.

Please do make the changes in the documentation branch, so no-one documents them unnecessarily
