Double-counting of research expenses in idealized computations #77

@rjhanes, Should we include idealized research expenses as part of idealized operating expenses or directly in expected idealized internal net present value? Right now we do both, which is double counting that expense.

I think we should keep it in idealized operating expenses because that way it's included in both internal and external NPV calculations.
