Adding/fixing template-to-shape functionality #259

This implementation is brought up to date with the current dataclasses and APIs in BuildingMOTIF. Provides a simple algorithm for turning Templates into NodeShapes.

TODO:

[x] add test cases for common shape constructs
[x] add some documentation in the jupyter book (waiting on #278)
