Create master data tables #2

Closed calmc closed 3 years ago

Create separate tables for all activity data and energy data to document all primary data sources in spreadsheet, including the relevant API, if available.

An example for activity data: Activity Units Source API Notes
Single family homes Number of occupied units American Housing Survey (Census) No AHS API? Need to verify. https://www.census.gov/programs-surveys/ahs/data.All.html Spreadsheet references 'D:\Indicators - Residential - 2020[AHS_summary_results_022320.xlsx], which we don't have

Running list of data files missing from PNNL (need to get from Katie) It looks like all missing spreadsheets were included in 7/2/2020 data dump from Katie.

@iisabeller I just got the complete set of spreadsheets from PNNL and uploaded the zip file (mtdownload7501_2020.07.02_16.22.zip). From what I can tell, we now have all of the missing spreadsheets.

Also, this is the EIA API wrapper I mentioned this morning: https://github.com/mra1385/EIA-python.
