As part of a national priority for improving energy efficiency, the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE's) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) has established a national system of indicators to track changes in the energy intensity of our economy and economic sectors over time.
Remaining non-combustion emissions source categories have activity and emissions data reported in EPA GHG inventory. These can be directly imported from csv tables (exception being iron and steel, which requires filling in missing/withheld data; see links to zip files for Main Report Tables and Annex Tables here).
