VRF fluid control heating: heating coil heating rate + supplemental coil heating rate not matching air terminal heating rate #10328

Open yujiex opened 9 months ago

yujiex commented 9 months ago

Issue overview

When one VRF serves one conditioned zone with one terminal unit, we would expect the "Zone VRF Air Terminal Total Heating Rate" to match the "Heating Coil Heating Rate"+ supplemental coil heating rate + Fan heating rate - outdoor air load. However, we observed some mismatches between these two quantities, as is shown in the following plot

Zone VRF Air Terminal Total Heating Rate is relative to the zone. So Total Heating Rate = Heating Coil + Supp Heating Coil + Fan Heat - Outdoor Air Load.

I'll add Fan Heat and outdoor air load to the system. The outdoor air mass flow rate is around 0.03kg/s
